I love a long jog, yoga in the morning, horseback riding, and surfing.

Fitness doesn’t mean what my scale number reads. It is my personal stamina, my motivation to sweat, my drive to stay healthy.

Wellness doesn’t mean popping prescription pills for every ailment, but preventative medicine and natural holistic practices.
